1. Sizing & Style Selection
Please carefully review the size charts provided for each item before placing your order. If you have any questions, ask before ordering — not after.
Sizing, color, and style choices cannot be changed once an order is placed. Take your time and double-check all selections before checkout.
2. Processing & Shipping Timeframes
Orders take time to process and ship. There are no guaranteed delivery dates. Some packages arrive within 3–4 weeks, while others may take 16–20 weeks depending on production, customs, and freight conditions.
International shipping is unstable and unpredictable, especially lately. If you are on a deadline or in a hurry, we strongly recommend waiting to place your order.
No orders are rushed or expedited — this is not safe or possible.
3. Final Sale / No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are permitted.
If an issue occurs, it will be resolved via reshipment or store credit only, at our discretion.
This includes disputes of any kind. All payments are processed through PayPal, and transaction data will be used to contest any disputes in accordance with our Terms of Service.
4. Disputes & Conduct Policy
Any attempt to file an unauthorized dispute or refund claim will result in a permanent blacklist from all storefronts.
If you have a problem or concern, contact the group admin directly so we can help resolve it properly.
5. Order Notes Are Required When Applicable
Many items require a product code, color, or variation to be specified based on photos.
It is the customer’s responsibility to include this information in the item note at checkout. Missing or unclear notes may delay processing.
6. Tracking Information
Tracking for all packages can be followed via 17track.net, a global tracking service that supports hundreds of international carriers.
Please remember: tracking updates and delivery times vary and delays are normal.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in item or shipping prices.
